Shipping policy
We take pride in providing excellent customer service at Just Chill Thermals, so we do all we can to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and securely as possible.
All orders will be delivered via Royal Mail and will have the flat rate of £3.00.
We regret that we do not currently deliver overseas.
RETURNS
Please return items in new condition within 14 days of delivery. This really helps us to reduce waste, and we thank you for your help in ensuring garments stay in good condition!

Just Chill returns, Suite 2, Woodside House, 128 London Road, Leicester, LE2 1NE. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping a package worth over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
